Christmas Mini Sessions 2023

Service Description

20 minute Christmas themed photo shoot including download of 1 digital image. 11th & 12th November Sessions are currently only taking place on these dates but additional dates may be added the following weekend if in high demand - please just ask if you can't make those dates and I'll do my best to fit you in another time. NEW ADDRESS INFO!! The shoot will now be held in a magical Christmas Grotto, in a cozy home studio at 212 Blind Lane, Flackwell Heath, HP10 9LE. There is parking available on the drive, please make sure you don't block anyone in! Otherwise you can park on the street. Please follow the signs and come round to the left of the house and the studio is at the back of the garden. If you can please wait until your shoot start time in case I'm still shooting the previous session. You will be sent an online gallery of watermarked images approx a week after the photoshoot to view and choose your favourites. Once you have made your final selections, please send me your choices and allow 1 week for your retouched images to be individually edited and to be sent to you by online download. You will have the print release so these can then be used for sharing online and for small prints and Christmas cards. Additional images may be purchased through the gallery at a discounted rate of £15 per image. £40 is due at the time of booking to secure the session. This deposit is non-refundable but I completely understand that little ones get poorly, so if you really can't make it then we can use this towards another photo session. *Please quote your full name on the bank transfer* Joanne Tolner Photography Account number: 01525123 Sort Code: 40-32-19 Please arrive at the studio on time for your session as they need to run to schedule. If you are running late, then this will eat into your session time I'm afraid.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy. Payment is due at the time of booking to secure the session. If you need to rearrange, we will do our best to accommodate but please give as much notice as possible. If it's pouring with rain and we are unable to shoot, then I will email ahead of the session to try to reschedule for another date. If we can't find a suitable date, then I will offer a refund in this case.
